SHIPPING INFORMATION

UK SHIPPING

  • Standard Shipping:
    Orders within the UK will be shipped via Royal Mail Tracked & Signed or Evri Tracked Service depending on the selected service and availability.
    • Estimated delivery time: 3-6 business days from the date of dispatch.
    • A tracking number will be provided once your order is dispatched.
    • Specific courier details will be provided with the dispatch confirmation email.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • For international orders, delivery times vary depending on your location.
  • Estimated delivery time: 7-21 business days.
  • Tracking information will be provided where available.
  • Customs or import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

PREORDERS / PRESALE ORDERS

  • For items marked as Preorder or Presale, please note:
    • These products may take up to 6 weeks to be processed and shipped.
    • The estimated timeframe is indicated in the product description.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • Shipping times are estimates only and may vary due to unforeseen delays, including weather conditions, customs clearance, or courier service disruptions.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate.

DELIVERY CONFIRMATION

  • Royal Mail: Parcels are delivered to the specified address and require a signature upon delivery. If no one is available, Royal Mail may leave a “Something for You” card with instructions to arrange re-delivery or collection.
  • Evri: Parcels are delivered to the specified address. If no one is available and no safe place is designated, Evri couriers may leave the parcel at their discretion in a location they deem secure.
  • Once a parcel is marked as delivered by the courier (Royal Mail or Evri), our responsibility as the retailer is considered fulfilled.
  • If you cannot locate your parcel:
    1. Check with neighbors or household members.
    2. Review any specific delivery instructions provided.
    3. Contact the courier directly using the tracking number provided.

LOST OR MISSING PARCELS

  • In cases where a parcel is lost or undelivered:
    • We will assist in filing a claim with the courier (Royal Mail or Evri).
    • Claims will follow the respective courier’s policies and timelines for investigation.
  • Please note that we cannot be held liable for parcels marked as delivered by the courier but not secured by the recipient.
