At SCREWLOOSE, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. Please carefully review our policy below before placing an order:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

 

  • No refunds will be issued for any orders.
  • Please read all product descriptions carefully before purchasing to ensure the item meets your expectations.

EXCHANGES

  • Exchanges are allowed within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in original condition, and with original packaging.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the desired item is unavailable, store credit may be offered.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

ORDER INSPECTION

  • All orders must be inspected upon delivery.
  • If your order is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at info@scrwlse.com within 7 days of delivery.
  • If a mistake is confirmed, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or repair at our discretion.

 

 

 

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of being placed.
  • After this window, the order is passed to our fulfilment team and may already be processed or dispatched.
  • Requests made after 1 hour will not be eligible for cancellation or refund.

SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY

  • Once your order is dispatched, responsibility transfers to the courier (Royal Mail or Evri).
  • We are not liable for delays, losses, or damage caused in transit.
  • In the event of a missing parcel, contact the courier using your tracking number. We will assist with claims where possible but cannot guarantee compensation.

 

 

RETURNED TO SENDER / FAILED DELIVERIES

 

  • If your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or not being collected in time:
    • No refund will be issued.
    • Our obligation is fulfilled upon successful dispatch.
    • You may contact info@scrwlse.com to request a reshipment (fees may apply).

 

 

 

CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES

  • Filing a chargeback without contacting us first or allowing time to resolve the issue may result in a permanent ban from future purchases.
  • If a chargeback is filed after receiving some or all of your order, we will provide full proof to your bank, including tracking, weight, packaging logs, and communication history.
  • We reserve the right to take further action where false claims are made.
